1-Year Limited Warranty:
TatSwitch warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. If a TatSwitch product is determined to have a covered defect during the warranty period, TatSwitch will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product subject to the terms and exclusions described below.
What IS covered:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use, including failure of the switch or internal electrical connections that causes the TatSwitch to stop functioning properly
What is NOT covered:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification or disassembly, accidental damage, excessive force, or use of the product outside its intended purpose.
Cleaning and Liquid Exposure:
TatSwitch may be wiped and cleaned in accordance with the care and cleaning instructions provided by TatSwitch. The warranty does not cover damage caused by submersion, excessive liquid entering exposed electrical connections or switch components, or use of cleaning chemicals or methods not recommended for the product.
Warranty Service:
If your TatSwitch stops functioning properly during the warranty period and you believe it is covered by this warranty, contact TatSwitch at info@tatswitch.com before returning the product. We may request proof of purchase and reasonable information about the issue. If a return is necessary, TatSwitch will provide return instructions. If the product is determined to have a covered defect, TatSwitch will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.
Repair or Replacement:
For a valid warranty claim, TatSwitch will, at its discretion, repair the product or replace it with the same or a reasonably equivalent product. Replacement products or components may vary in appearance as the TatSwitch design evolves.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TatSwitch will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. This warranty does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Product Compatibility and Use:
TatSwitch is intended for use only with compatible tattoo equipment and power systems within the product’s specified electrical ratings. Users are responsible for confirming compatibility and following the instructions provided with their tattoo machine, power supply, and related equipment. Do not use TatSwitch if it or any connected equipment appears damaged or operates abnormally.
How To Make a Warranty Claim:
To request warranty service, contact TatSwitch at info@tatswitch.com with your name, proof of purchase, and a description of the problem. Additional information or photographs may be requested to help evaluate the claim. Do not return a product until you have received return instructions from TatSwitch.
Your Legal Rights:
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Shipping For Warranty Service:
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to TatSwitch for warranty evaluation. If the claim is determined to be covered by this limited warranty, TatSwitch will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer. If the claim is not covered, any repair, replacement, or return-shipping costs will be communicated to the customer before proceeding
