Refund policy

TatSwitch Return & Refund Policy:

Due to the specialized nature of TatSwitch products, all sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or does not perform as represented by TatSwitch.

Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds:

Pre-order items are charged at the time the order is placed. Estimated shipping dates are provided at the time of purchase and may be subject to reasonable changes due to production schedules or unforeseen delays.
Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, the applicable TatSwitch return policy and TatSwitch Limited Warranty will apply.

If a significant delay occurs beyond the estimated shipping window, TatSwitch will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers. Customers may request cancellation and a full refund for any unshipped pre-order.

Change-of-Mind Returns:

Except for pre-order cancellations permitted under the Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds section above, TatSwitch does not accept returns or issue refunds because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or decides after purchase that they prefer a different product.

Compatibility:

Customers are responsible for reviewing the compatibility information provided for each TatSwitch product before purchasing. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges the stated compatibility requirements. If a customer purchases a product for a machine or configuration that does not meet the disclosed compatibility requirements, the purchase is generally not eligible for a refund.

If TatSwitch specifically confirms that a customer's machine or setup is compatible and the product does not fit or function as represented, please contact us so we can work toward an appropriate solution.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If your TatSwitch arrives damaged, is defective, or fails to function as represented, please contact us at info@tatswitch.com. We may request reasonable information, photographs, or return of the product so that we can determine the appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.

Unauthorized Returns:

Please contact TatSwitch before returning any product. Products sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Approved returns will be provided with return instructions.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
